Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring the top 20% of clients are more than satisfied with the service and are retained. You and your team will need to build solid relationships with not only the clients but also their families/guardians. This will be done via a strategic plan of face to face to meetings, emails etc. Contact frequency is key.

You will also help your team to build solid relationships internally ensuring they reach their targets but utilising all the resources that are available.

To be successful in the role you will be an accomplished Account Manager and have managed a team. Industry background is not necessary however your ability to demonstrate success in account management and retention is essential.

Above all you'll be a commercial, analytical operator that has the ability to lead and motivate teams and have had tangible results in driving the bottom line.
